suspension probleme

Question:

hello, I possede a Chevrolet silverado year 94 4WD Turbo diesel 65l ext. cab short bucket – 209 000 km. veiled for the description of the machine. for some time it has a road behavior bizzard, I changed the suspensions as well as the front tires but a problem persists. When I pass on small bumps or in a turn not maintained very well the nose gear wheels do not seem to stick has the road and the tire grates very easily. somebody would have it an idea for this problem. thank you in advance for your answer.
